Friends for life

Headed to sentosa with my 4/6 peeps about a week ago! The attendance was super sad cause only 6 4/6 peeps went. 

I thought it would be boring initially but I'm definitely glad I went! Bonded more to them after this outing!

Had fun playing truth or dare in the sea! Almost everyone turned out having sunburn except me because I spammed sunblock (sorry it's a must to show off).. plus I carried umbrella (ok not so grand cause nobody else had it)

I'm typing this as I'm on the train and the guy sitting beside me just stood up, leaving me super paranoid cause idk I stink or what HAIS. 

But nvrm, shall just ignore him. 

After soaking in the water for about 2 hours, we headed to the sand and played cards! I won some money too hehe.

Afterwards, we took the skyride and the luge. It was my first time taking it and I liked the sky ride a lot! But I think I spent too much time taking selfies and it was quite a waste cause I didn't really enjoy much of the scenery. Must really keep my phone when I go out next time. We took the ride during the evening and the sunset was just too pretty!

Today is the first day of school and something happened this morning that made me even more determined to do well this term. I hope this determination lasts for this whole term.

Stripes and checks

After I dyed my hair, I grew more in love with style nanda's type of fashion. Really like how koreans dress themselves because the prints on their outfits are so loud and striking. I guess it is also cause I bought a few taiwanese magazines and I felt that their style (taiwan and koreans) are actually quite similar. So I decided to dress myself a little differently recently.

Apart from stripes, I realised that checks are also quite trendy in korean fashion. I wouldn't call myself a basic kind of person so I do not have many basics or tee shirts in my wardrobe. But somehow I just love the simplicity look when tees are matched with high waists and a striking outerwear.

I'm falling in love with dressing up like this I think this might just be my style.

Ended my sleepover session at jasmine house with a 10 laps swim and cookie baking session then I went to meet Krystal yesterday! We went to bugis street as I wanted to exchange two pieces of clothing as I was given one wrong and another defected item.

Spent quite a lot this time cause I wasn't in my best mood and needed a splurging therapy.

Really like wearing dresses cause I don't need to match it with anything else. Plus this dress has such nice prints I think I'm going to wear it quite often!

Half the year is already gone and I haven't achieved much this year. The only thing I achieved is probably weight. I'm gaining weight at a rate that could probably win the world Guinness record so from today onwards I will control my diet and not binge eat anymore:') (+ hope I get abs before the end of this year)

I wish I still go to the gym but I lost all my motivation ever since I lost my phone there sigh

Short getaway

Went back to Malaysia this weekend!

Was really looking forward to this trip this time round cause I was really exhausted from everything. I really wanted a break and not care about the list of things I need to do while I was back in sg.

Reached malaysia, bahau at about 12am on Friday night//sat morning. 

Headed to the streets to explore a bit the next day. My mum wanted to cut her hair so we went into a salon. I had this sudden urge of dying my hair in there so I went ahead since it was 250RM(about 100sgd). I chose this ash brown color to dye as it was the lightest my hair can go without bleaching. 

It ended up like this( under sunlight). Can't really say I loved it that much cause I wanted a more ash/grey color. Think I shall dye grey the next time.

Grey hair just reminded me of another story..: People think I'm old lolol. There were several people commenting that my mum looked like my sister initially. I thought they were just being polite to my mum until somebody thought I was my grandmother's daughter. Means I look like I'm one generation older wtf LOL.

I swear I'm only 17 lor.

As for my last night there, my family went out to watch the basketball finals between mahsan (the place we live in) and some other place. It was super exciting and I kept wanting to shout LOL. The team was losing for the first round. They only got 6 VS 17 or something. But at the end of the second round they won the other team by 1 mark. ( 25VS24)

I liked the group(mahsan, light blue) a lot as they have a strategy. They always form a trapezium without fail and will pass the ball to their teammates. But they dribble the ball quite slowly and made me so pekchek:( 

As for the other team(dark blue), they were very strong and they ran very fast. But sian cannot support them if not unloyal alr. But they have this number 15 who is super handsome HAHAH. Wish I've worn clearer contacts that day :')

The team I was supporting ended up losing with a score of 48VS72. I realized that I really love watching basketball matches so if any of u know of any live shows please tell me. It reminded me of my primary school times where I played in the school team. :') but I haven't played in such a long time I doubt I can shoot anymore.

Really can't wait for my next travel trip hehe.

ZOO

Headed to the zoo two weeks ago! 

I remember waking up feeling super grumpy that morning cause I overslept and did not have time to do my makeup. Plus my family kept rushing me lol.

Bought this romper from hollyhoque! The color was really pretty and I've already worn it twice since I got it! Plus, it was on sale when I purchased it so my love for it is like 101%

Somehow I wasn't very interested in the animals during this zoo trip. I even felt super sad during the seal's animal show. No idea why but I feel that it's really saddening to see the seal perform so hard just to get food. And it's just for human's entertainment?!!?

We found an iPad mini at this area and returned it to the zoo's ticketing area. Really hoped the owner got it back cause it really sucks to lose your devices :(

I guess I wouldn't say I will wanna visit the zoo again for animals. But I definitely liked its environment cause it made me felt so relaxed throughout the whole trip!

They stayed with me last Friday from 12-5 to do revision and waited till 8 plus for my workshop to end! I guess such real friendships are rare so I feel really blessed:)

USS trip

Exams are finally over!! Gonna blog about my USS trip which happened about three weeks earlier..

This is probably my third post talking about USS trips but the place is so pretty I can't help it *.*

Guess it might be one of the last times I go USS(for now) cause my pass expired:(

It was a public holiday but the queues for the ride was rather short! (Compared to usual). We got to play more rides than we ever did! Rode on the 'treasure hunter car ride' and I have no idea why the queues are always so long. The sun was scorching hot and the ride was so boring.  I guess people only took the ride for '情趣' but I don't have any of that LOL.

Really had a great time that day! Both of us were so tired that we fell asleep on the train back home.

 Finally, one term of poly is over! Time passed so quickly omg. It's like I'm still in the 'I just started school' mood. No idea how I did for my tests cause the teacher mentioned that about half the class failed ochem paper-which was one of our more confident papers.. So I really don't dare to imagine what my result would be like for the others. 

But what's more important now is HOLIDAY!!

Never felt so glad for holidays before cause I'm feeling so drained. Heading to Malaysia tomorrow and I can't wait!!!
